My first real professional guitar! 7-String!!
Ibanez Universe, as played by Steve Vai!
Those of you who know the guitar model will notice: You couldn't/can't buy this one!
It's a mixture of the green model (body), and the black model (neck and pickguard)
I bought this one from a friend who had them both but preferred the black body and the neck of the green one.
So now I have this unique guitar!
It's really a professional guitar, the pickups are very powerful yet crisp in the split positions,
The neck is perfect to play, the tremolo stays in tune perfectly!
I had some problems with the 7th string at the beginning, but nowadays I prefer 7-string guitars!!
It's worn down a little, as it was my main guitar, and I used it for all the gigs, but it's still in good condition!
Made in Japan, late 80ies/early 90ies I think.
